Acting

Liz Vassey started acting at the age of 9, playing the title role in the musical OLIVER.

She then proceeded to play roles written for boys until puberty rendered that problematic. After seven years of focusing on performing in theaters in and around her FL home, Liz joined the cast of ALL MY CHILDREN at age 16 - moving her, her mother, and her grandmother to a one bedroom apartment smack in the middle of New York City, and earning Liz her first of two Daytime Emmy nominations.

Since the soap, Liz has appeared as a regular or recurring character on fourteen television shows including ER, TWO AND A HALF MEN, MAXIMUM BOB, NECESSARY ROUGHNESS, BROTHERLY LOVE, NCIS: LA, FOX’s live action version of THE TICK, the reboot of THE TICK on Amazon, and, most recently, A MILLION LITTLE THINGS. Liz is probably best known for her five year run on CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION as “Wendy Simms.”
